We book this house every year and it never disappoints. Erik is easy to work with. It’s clean, the hot tub is great, and it’s in a great part of town.

Erik's home is everything he describes in the listing and more! The home is very well furnished, decorated, and maintained. I love that he kept some of the old details from the home after having it redone! The front porch and back yard are so serene and inviting. So even though you have everything you need inside the home, those outdoor spaces are the place to be! Outside you'll find putt putt, a hot tub, seating around a fire pit, and a beautiful gazebo with table for outdoor dining. You may even run into Teddy, the cat who lives next door. He's super friendly, so give him a quick chin scratch! On the inside you have three comfortable beds, a pull out couch, plenty of linens, towels, paper products, and cleaning supplies, which I appreciated because I like to clean as I go. The kitchen and pantry were well stocked when we there. There were all sizes of pots/pans, all the cooking utensils you'd need, a pantry with plenty of the basic oils and spices - great for saving us a trip to the store for those items. Erik was super responsive to us! I highly recommend his home. It's in a centrally-located neighborhood, yet far enough of the highway, that you don't hear it at all. The neighbors were welcoming and there's lots of things to do nearby, including several restaurants and a market for last minute things. We definitely enjoyed our stay!
