About this apartment rental
Are you looking for a good place to explore North Zealand and Copenhagen? Then you have found the right place :-) We have furnished our extension building into a cozy 2-room apartment. There is a separate entrance, 2 rooms (with a door between them), private bathroom and kitchenette as well as a newly installed heat pump. You are also welcome to enjoy your coffee outside in our courtyard.
The home
Our apartment consists of a small entrance hall, bathroom and two rooms with a door between them. We have just had a heat pump installed, so it is easy to control the temperature. Furthermore, the heat pump has an air purification function. One room is furnished as a bedroom with a double bed and the other as a living room with a kitchenette. In the living room there is a good sofa bed that can be converted into a bed for two people, table and chairs, television with Apple TV, cupboard, chest of drawers and blackout curtains. In this way, it is perfect for, for example, a couple, friends or a family.
Guest access
Only you have access to the rooms. You have your own entrance, your own bathroom and kitchenette.
In addition, between the apartment and the "main house" there is a large utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer, which you as tenants also have access to.
In front of the house there is a small yard with a table and chairs, where you can enjoy breakfast or something else when the weather is good.

We recently stayed at this cosy apartment within a family home in Farum and had a pleasant experience. The location is perfect—just a 10-minute walk to the sea, with restaurants and a supermarket within easy walking distance. The apartment is also a great base for visiting Copenhagen and the surrounding areas.
The landlord was very supportive, helping us with any issues we encountered in the community. The apartment itself is on the smaller side, but it was comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. However, it's important to note that the bed is in the living room, which we didn’t realize when booking(not reading correctly). The bathroom setup, particularly the shower, is a bit tricky but manageable.
Overall, this apartment is a good choice for a quiet and convenient stay in Farum, especially if you're looking to explore the Copenhagen area.
