Good position close to airport and beach

There was a substantial late check in fee added without warning after we were already booked in - 6 weeks, 4 countries, one of our earliest check ins (definitely our earliest in Denmark (10:30pm)) and the only one we have been charged for - left a very bad taste in the mouth and then we had to pay with cash which given it was our last night it was lucky we had it.

Hostel type of location, for that it delivered. It advertises a certain coolness of the location, that is not what it delivers. Great for single travelers who don’t care about location and care about cheap.

When we finally found it we were very disappointed and angry. It was a portacabin hidden behind some cut logs. It's not a hotel in any shape or description. The bed was awful with a single cover on a double bed. The bathroom was shared which we didn't want and it was self catering. Photos available to view.

To be avoided...!

It was clean - nothing else was likeable

The pavilion is shared with other guests AND the host. Shared area is not to be used by guests, also not the kitchen. Host (F) was unpleasant and inpolite. Only very limited English and no Danish was spoken. Towels were supposed to be included, but were not provided - also not upon request. Double bed was actually a sofabed and the room lights were industrial. Pictures of the outdoor facilities are far from the reality - the pavilion is located in a outdoor storage area of sorts. We ended up leaving early for obvious reasons...!

Der var rent og pænt. Kunne få plads i værtens køleskab og vores køleelementer i hendes fryser. ( Det har vi ikke kunnet få på de hoteller vi ellers var på ) Værten var sød og venlig.

Det var ikke den bedste udsigt. Men for overnatningen var det billig.

Fræk og modbydelig kundeservice

Personalet var ikke til at snakke med. Jeg ringede for at høre om jeg kunne komme lidt før så vi kunne ligge vores bagage af. Og ham der tog tlf sagde på engelsk at vi bare kunne afbestille bookingen hvis der var så mange problemer. Så lagde han på inden jeg var færdig med at spørge ind til opholdet. Og da vi kom for at skulle overnatte på stedet kunne vi ikke komme ind

Expensive accommodation (89.86 euros), unjustified price compared to the services, and no clean bed

Il n’y avait pas de linge de lit, pas de drap propre pour enrober la couette ni coutil (drap de lit pour mettre sur le matelas), j'ai du dormir directement sur le drap qui recouvre le matelas ave les odeurs ! Ce qui n’est pas propre du tout. Aussi le prix de la chambre (670,68 Couronne, soit 89,86 euros) est beaucoup trop cher, la même chambre se loue en moyenne à 60 euro sur Booking et Airbnb.! Si le logement était proche du centre de Copenhague, le prix aurait pu le justifier mais ce n'est pas le cas, car le logement se trouvait à 29,5 km de Copenhague! ; de plus on n'a pas accès à la cuisine car elle est réservée à la propriétaire, sans oublier le problème des linges de lit non changé !

Ich werde nie wieder booking benutzen.

Hierbei handelt es sich nicht um einen Pavillion, wie der Name suggeriert. Es sind Wohncontainer, die vermutlich von den Flüchtlingswellen übrig geblieben sind. Diese befinden sich auf einem Baumaterialien-Depot in einem Hinterhof in einem Industriegebiet. Bad und Toilette teilt man sich mit bis zu 3 anderen Parteien + dem Besitzer. Die Küche darf nicht benutzt werden, daher kann man hier nicht kochen. Die Wände sind sehr dünn, was man bei kaltem Wetter und lauten Mitbewohnern schnell spürt. Hierbei handelt es sich um falsche Werbung. Wir hatten 4 Nächte gebucht aber sind nur eine Nacht geblieben, weil wir uns hier nicht sicher gefühlt haben und diese Unterkunft bei einem Preis von über 100€ die Nacht eine Frechheit ist. Dank Vermieter und Booking war eine Löschung der Buchung und eine Rückerstattung für die restlichen, von uns nicht genutzten Nächte nicht möglich. Ich werde booking nicht mehr nutzen und kann alle nur davor warnen mehr als 30-40€ die Nacht auszugeben.
