About this house rental

This house is perfectly located on a quiet residential street of Newquay. Situated above Trenance Boating Lake and the river Gannel estuary, it’s a short walk to both, as well as Newquay town centre and it's beautiful beaches, restaurants, bars, and shops.
Inside, all the rooms are light, airy, and clean. Sleeping 6-8 there are many spaces for guests to spread out and enjoy and includes front and rear gardens for all ages to love. There's lots of on street parking next to the property too.
The space
On entering, there is a porch for coats and shoes. This leads into the heart of the home from where the dining room, kitchen, lounge, sunroom and stairs can be accessed.
Lounge: with good size smart TV and two comfy large sofas. There is a log burner, but in the summer months this is ornamental only.

Kitchen: with integrated appliances; fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, gas SMEG cooker, microwave and a breakfast bar for two.

Dining room: table will seat 6 guests and can be extended to accommodate 8.

Upstairs are four bedrooms.

Bedroom 1 is a double with wardrobe and a chest of drawers.

Bedroom 2 is a single bed with a sofa bed to make it a twin. It has a built in wardrobe and a chest of drawers.

Bedroom 3 is also a single with a sofa bed to make it a twin. It has a small wardrobe with drawers.

Bedroom 4 is a king with a large wardrobe and two chests of drawers, complete with an en suite shower toilet and basin.

Main bathroom is located between bedrooms 1 and 2, with bath and over bath shower, toilet and basin.

The enclosed front garden is grassed, ideal for the children to enjoy complete with trampoline and swings (please note we will not be held responsible for any injuries which may occur on the play equipment). There is an outside tap where wetsuits and sandy feet can be washed. Children’s beach equipment can be found in the outside storage box.

The enclosed rear garden is a perfect place for relaxing in the sun with sofas tables and chairs. In the back you'll find a selection of bodyboards you're welcome to use. There is a retractable washing line great for drying off your wetsuits or swim wear.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire property and gardens with the back garden shed being the exception.

Electricity, gas, bed linen and towels included.

The home includes Wi-Fi, board games for all ages, comfy beds, buckets and spades, crabbing nets, a stair gate, highchair and a travel cot (but please bring your own cot sheets) for our younger guests.

The home is perfect for families with children, golfers, surfers and walkers with all amenities close at hand.

As this is a family residential area, no parties please. Please keep noise levels down out of respect for our neighbours especially after 11pm.

Just back from a fabulous stay at this lovely home. Absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Plenty room for a family of 5. This house is a home from home with everything you need for a family holiday. From body boards to board games it's has it all. You are Literally 10-15 mins walk away from all the popular locations in Newquay e.g beach, zoo, shopping. Also there's a handy local shop 1 min away for essentials. The communication from the owners was second to none and very quick responses whenever we needed them. They really were very helpful with a few issues we had with flight delays etc. Would definitely recommend this house for a family break. Hoping to return next year xxx

The size of the house is ample for two families, its very light, clean and airy. You get the sun all day in the secure garden's, my daughter particularly liked the swings and trampoline. Plenty of games and toys to keep the kids entertained! Kitchen had everything you'd expect, great having a dishwasher too. Lovely welcome drink provided, that was a nice touch! Lots of parking avaliable all all times of the day, we visited lots of nearby beaches as well as venturing to nearby attractions and towns and the house is perfectly located for both. I would recommend the house to everyone and wouldn't hesitate to return. Great hosts with quick and helpful replies. Thanks for having us 😊
