About this house rental
Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway in a superb location only minutes from the world famous Fistral beach. The whole house has been rebuilt over the past 18 months to a very high standard, its super insulated, has underfloor heating with an enviromenmenatly friendly air source heat pump, a large bathroom wet room, open plan kitchen and lounge and a south facing roof terrace to enjoy long sunny evenings with privacy
The space
The whole place has just undergone an 18 month rebuild. It is designed and finished to an exemplary high standard. I am a builder myself and most of the work has been done with my bare hands to the best of my ability, and anything else I outsourced to the top local trades bringing together this unique and modern home. It has a brand new Air source heat pump with 210 litres of hot water storage cylinder and underfloor heating throughout
It’s an upside down house to make the most of the sunny aspect
Upstairs The German kitchen with mood lighting features an induction hob, built in oven, microwave combi oven, dishwasher and built in larder fridge with freezer box. It’s a large open plan kitchen lounge with tons of natural light with bifold doors to the sunny south facing roof terrace that enjoys sun all day long and into the evening.
Upstairs bedroom features two single beds and fully fitted en suite bathroom
Downstairs we have a kingsize bedroom with a lovely hand made bed and
Snug tv room with the oak and glass staircase, also can be used as bedroom 3 with the fold out double sofa bed
