A small but cozy entryway welcomes you and leads you into the spacious living room. Sunlight streams into the room through the large windows, creating a warm, inviting atmosphere. The sleeper sofa lets you unwind with a cozy evening of TV, while at night it transforms into a comfortable place to sleep.
The adjoining kitchenette is perfectly equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. Here, you can prepare your own meals at your own pace—whether it’s a quick snack or a hearty meal. The small, modern bathroom offers everything you need for your daily routine and ensures a pleasant start to the day.
In the bedroom, you’ll find a large double bed and a spacious closet with plenty of room for your clothes. Here, you can unwind and recharge after an eventful day.

High-quality premium linens packages must be booked separately. You’ll need one linens package per person.
Each premium linens package contains: 1 set of high-quality premium bedding, consisting of one pillowcase, one duvet cover, and one fitted sheet per bed; 1 large shower towel; 1 small hand towel; and, in addition, for each vacation rental (regardless of the number of linen packages booked) 1x shower mat (per bathroom), and 2x dish towels.
The municipal guest fee (visitor’s tax) is a public levy and is not included in the offer. The guest tax is assessed and calculated separately based on various factors that are not known to us at the time of booking. The amount of the guest tax is determined by the respective price schedule of the relevant municipality, as well as factors such as the season, length of stay, number and age of all travelers, and, if applicable, any severe disabilities and accompanying persons. After you make your booking, we will ask you for this information and can only then calculate the guest tax due.
We are happy to offer you optional additional services such as linen packages, “Check-in from 1:00 p.m. instead of 4:00 p.m.” or “Check-out by 12:00 p.m. instead of 10:00 a.m.”, and many other services:
