Welcome to the Jadeblick vacation rental—your haven of peace and relaxation, nestled between nature and local life. Spanning 58 square meters on the 4th floor of a high-rise building, our rental accommodates up to 4 people and combines cozy comfort with a touch of luxury.
As soon as you enter, you’ll be greeted by a bright and spacious hallway.
This leads you into the bright, inviting living room, which is furnished with a comfortable sofa.
The view from the 18 m² south-facing balcony invites you to relax and unwind while basking in the sun, which shines in every day.
The many windows provide pleasant natural light that illuminates the room and gives you a sense of freedom and spaciousness.
The adjacent dining area is the perfect spot for shared meals or lively game nights with family and friends.
The small but well-equipped kitchenette leaves nothing to be desired and offers plenty of space for preparing your own meals—whether it’s a quick breakfast or a cozy dinner.
The bathroom, with its inviting white tile design, offers plenty of space and a pleasant atmosphere for your personal hygiene.
The bedroom invites you to feel at ease and relax. The large double bed (90x200 mattresses) ensures restful nights and sweet dreams. The closet in the hallway offers plenty of storage space for your clothes, so you can always feel comfortable.
The sleeper sofa (160x200) in the living room provides additional sleeping space for guests or children. The balcony is equipped with a practical awning that offers a shady spot to enjoy the fresh air, even on hot days.
All rooms can be darkened with curtains as needed, so you can ensure peace and relaxation at any time.
A separate parking space is available to you, and you can use the shared laundry and dryer area for your laundry (for a fee).
The apartment is accessible via both the staircase and the elevator to offer you the greatest possible comfort.

High-quality premium linens packages must be booked separately. You will need one linens package per person.
Each premium linens package contains: 1 set of high-quality premium bedding, consisting of one pillowcase, one duvet cover, and one fitted sheet per bed; 1 large bath towel; 1 small hand towel; and, in addition, for each vacation rental (regardless of the number of laundry packages booked) 1 shower mat (per bathroom) and 2 dish towels.
The municipal guest fee (visitor’s tax) is a public levy and is not included in the offer. The guest tax is assessed and calculated separately based on various factors that are not known to us at the time of booking. The amount of the guest tax is determined by the respective price schedule of the relevant municipality, as well as factors such as the season, length of stay, number and age of all travelers, and, if applicable, any severe disabilities and accompanying persons. After you make your booking, we will ask you for this information and can only then calculate the guest tax due.
We are happy to offer you optional additional services such as linen packages, “Check-in from 1:00 p.m. instead of 4:00 p.m.” or “Check-out by 12:00 p.m. instead of 10:00 a.m.,” and many other services:
