About this apartment rental
A stunning vacation apartment with a south-facing balcony—your perfect North Sea getaway!
Enjoy a relaxing vacation in this stylishly renovated and light-filled vacation apartment for up to 2 people on the 2nd floor—easily accessible by elevator. In early 2026, the apartment was completely modernized and redecorated with great attention to detail—ideal for anyone who values comfort and coziness.
The bright living and dining area with an integrated kitchenette invites you to linger, while the separate bedroom with two beds, a modern bathroom with shower/toilet, and a hallway with practical built-in closets perfectly round out the living space.
Highlight: The spacious balcony with a sunny south-facing orientation—perfect for relaxing in the fresh air. Smoking is also permitted here.
A very special extra awaits you on the roof of the building (9th floor): a wind-protected sun terrace with breathtaking views over Horumersiel and along the North Sea coast—a truly unforgettable experience!
The location couldn’t be better: Just a short walk from the town center, you’ll find everything your heart desires—from shopping to cozy pubs, cafés, and restaurants. The spa, the Friesland-Therme, the beach, the sea, and the marina are all just a few minutes’ walk away.
Free parking is available right next to the building. In addition, you can use the heated swimming pool on the first floor (approx. 70 m²) free of charge—a wonderful extra for your getaway. A washing machine and dryer are located in the basement (use for a fee via laundry tokens available at the front desk).
Bedding and towels can be booked optionally for an additional fee.
Bottom line: This apartment combines a prime location, comfort, and special extras—perfect for an unforgettable stay on the North Sea!
Facility:
Enjoy your vacation on the North Sea at our apartment complex in the North Sea spa town of Horumersiel. With over 90 apartments, this complex has the perfect vacation rental for you: from a modern apartment for a long weekend for two to a vacation rental for a family getaway. From the building, you can reach the town center and the beach in 5–8 minutes on foot, so you won’t need your car.
A special feature is certainly our on-site swimming pool, use of which is already included in the price for many of the apartments. This means you can go for a swim even when the tide is low. From many of the apartments, you’ll also always have a view of the sea.
