About this apartment rental
Welcome to the modern vacation rental “Metje”—your personal retreat in Horumersiel.
Step into an oasis of peace and comfort, where every moment of your vacation becomes a precious experience. “Metje” is the charming little sister of the neighboring Wiardergroden apartment—bookable together for up to 8 people, perfect for a multigenerational vacation. And yet, each apartment retains its own privacy, so everyone can find their own little haven to relax.
Spanning a spacious 65 square meters, you’ll be welcomed by a light-filled living and kitchen area that instantly warms the heart. Sunlight streams through the large windows, bathing the room in a warm, inviting glow. Here, you can unwind on the cozy sofa or gather around the dining table to laugh, eat, and reflect on the day together.
The bedrooms are true havens of peace. The master bedroom features a comfortable box-spring bed (180x200 mattress) and plenty of storage space for your personal belongings.
In the second bedroom, you’ll notice the attention to detail: a double bed (140x200 mattress), a dresser, and a writing desk create a space that offers both relaxation and inspiration.
The bright, natural-light-filled bathroom with a barrier-free shower and well-designed storage space lets you start every morning feeling fresh and carefree.
When you’re ready to wind down at the end of the day, the adjoining terrace leads you out into the evening sun.
With a cool drink in hand, you can enjoy the peaceful atmosphere as the summer breeze gently sweeps across the landscape.
And when you arrive, a parking spot awaits you right in front of the house, ensuring your vacation starts off on a relaxed note right from the start. In just a few minutes’ walk, you’ll be right in the heart of Horumersiel’s lively town center—surrounded by charming cafés, inviting restaurants, and everything your heart desires.
“Metje” is more than just a vacation rental—it’s your little slice of vacation bliss, just waiting to be discovered.
Wi-Fi is a complimentary bonus and is neither part of the offer nor a guaranteed feature of the vacation rental. Due to temporary outages, there may be rare instances when Wi-Fi or internet access is unavailable. Please take this into account when making your reservation. This does not constitute a defect.
High-quality premium linens packages must be booked separately. You’ll need one linens package per person.
Each Premium Linen Package contains: 1 set of high-quality premium bedding, consisting of one pillowcase, one duvet cover, and one bed sheet per bed; 1 large bath towel; 1 small hand towel; and, in addition, for each vacation rental (regardless of the number of linen packages booked) 1x shower mat (per bathroom), and 2x dish towels.
The municipal guest fee (visitor tax) is a public levy and is not included in the offer. The guest tax is assessed and calculated separately based on various factors that are not known to us at the time of booking. The amount of the guest tax is determined by the respective price schedule of the relevant municipality, as well as factors such as the season, length of stay, number and age of all travelers, and, if applicable, any severe disabilities and accompanying persons. After you make your booking, we will ask you for these details and can only then calculate the guest tax due.
We are happy to offer you optional additional services such as linen packages, “Check-in from 1:00 PM instead of 4:00 PM,” “Check-out by 12:00 PM instead of 10:00 AM,” and many other services:
- Premium linens package without setup service (bed linens, shower towel, hand towel), 16.00 EUR per person
- Setup service for bed linens, 4.00 EUR per person
- Check-in from 1:00 PM, 29.00 EUR
- Check-out by 12:00 PM, 24.00 EUR
