The facility was clean. Nice location. Not on the river as advertised but on a side canal. Still nice location overall. The place was clean and equipped but for the price point:- No ice trays so bring your own ice- Two Keurig coffee cups, would expect more for the price- The bedroom was small, really nowhere to open a suitcase (or two)- coffee table in the main area would help, at least to use to open travel cases- The deck was realy nice but virtually nothing worked in the covered outdoor kitchen area, except water.- Towels need an upgrade- No soft soap, empty- Screened porch is unusable, used for storage apparently- Kayaks were apparently used by the neighbors apparently came early and used them early and just thru them on the ground. Not us.- please advertise more transparency

Unique property with a Hawaiian vibe on the canal. Entry way and back patio area was nicely landscaped.
