Kayak along the pristine waterways and get up close and personal with gentle manatees. Enjoy the peaceful area and friendly people. No matter where you come from in the world, you will find that your time spent on the River is a small slice of paradise. We provide a double kayak and 6 single kayaks to enhance your vacation!

Our stay was fabulous. Within 5 minutes of arriving, we had two manatees in the canal. These manatees followed our children around on their paddle boards. The following day we paddled up to the beautiful clear water of the river. The provided kayaks were in great shape, and all accessories were easily accessible in a shed on the side. The beds are super comfortable and everything needed is provided. Communication with the host was immediate and thorough. We will definitely be back.

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! This beautiful canal-front home was absolutely perfect in every way. The three-bedroom, two-bath layout was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The home was well-stocked with everything we needed, making it feel like a true home away from home.The canal views were stunning and provided a peaceful backdrop for morning coffee and relaxing evenings. The outdoor space was wonderful, and we spent a lot of time enjoying the waterfront setting.Every detail of the property was thoughtfully maintained, and it was clear the owners take great pride in providing an exceptional guest experience. The location was convenient, the beds were comfortable, and the entire property exceeded our expectations.We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a relaxing, beautiful waterfront getaway. The place was fabulous and the location was nothing less. We took one vehicle went about seven minutes up the road to the Spring and then paddleboard all the way back to the dock. So no less than 10 manatees a dolphin and a bunch of beautiful scenery… This is the eighth wonder of the world.
