Home offers a queen bed in the master bedroom, a twin over full in the second bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. 2 single person Kayaks, 1 tandem kayak and 2 canoes are included in your stay for an easy paddle to the famous rope swing, restaurants and local recreation area. There are plenty of restaurants, shops and recreation and entertainment within a short driving distance, including the WORLD FAMOUS WEEKI WACHEE MERMAID SHOW at the Weeki Wachee Springs State Park also home of the Buccaneer Bay Waterpark! Pine Island beach is a short 10 minute drive where you can soak up the sun on the sand or watch a beautiful sunset. The pictures were good but you can not see that the floor slopes or that there are soft spots in the floor. I knew that the trailer was old. But it didn't have to look old or smell old. I'm not being picky there are issues but not too hard to over come if you set your mind to it. The bed was comfy, the water was hot and had good pressure. The location was good. Pretty much everything outside needed some wet N forget and I wouldn't use the fan on the screen porch if it were a 100 degrees outside. Which it wasn't it was a chilly weekend for April.

This property is all about location. I really don’t like to give a bad review, but this mobile home really should be replaced. If you’re looking to be on the water and you don’t mind accommodation being older and a little rundown this is for you.
