La Casita Of Spring Hill 3BR/2Bath POOL HOME

Property was super clean and comfortable. Had a little bit of difficulty with host communication upon arrival, but it worked out, step into third bedroom needs to have better signage or illumination on the floor is a tripping hazard.

Wow, wow, wow!! Not only did the home meet expectations, the neighborhood was quiet, the craftsmanship of the interior renovation was impeccable and the pool was an added bonus. We searched for pet friendly accommodations and it was the absolute nicest rental we have had the pleasure of staying in anywhere! It was immaculate and had little touches you would find in a 5 star hotel. Thank you!! We will stay here anytime we come again to visit family!

We had an amazing 3 month stay. The property manager was quickly responsive and accommodating. House was well maintained throughout our stay. Lawn and pool maintenance stuff were very kind and considerate. Pictures of the property did not do the place justice- it was beautiful. Would stay with this owner again in a heartbeat!

This home was beautiful, clean, and very accommodating to our little yorkie. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. Eddie was very helpful and quick to respond to messages. The only down side was that although the pool area was beautiful we were unable to enjoy it because they do not offer heat. The winter months in Florida require the pool to be heated in order to swim comfortably. Also, the 2 bathrooms which are very clean and beautiful offer wall mounted dispensers for shampoo, conditioner and body wash, but both body wash dispensers were empty. All in all this was a fantastic home and I hope to stay here quite often when visiting my Mom in her new home in Spring Hill.
