The property was the perfect size for my 3 children, my spouse and I. The house is located in the corner of a very quiet neighborhood. We barely saw anyone around. Perfect for what we wanted, quietness from the city life. Also there are plenty attractions and restaurants minutes away from the home. I enjoyed my stay.

Inside of house was clean and had 3 nice bedrooms, well equipped kitchen, and good appliances. Bathrooms were small, with good showers, but very little storage for towels and toiletries.
Outside was disappointing. Dirty yard and fire pit area. Junk (old sink, buckets, hoses, shovels) was piled up against the back of the house. Neighborhood was rough and unattractive, but was quiet.
Upon arrival the outside grill was rusted out and propane tank was empty. The washing machine did not work. But the host was very responsive and provided a new grill and had the washer fixed in a short amount of time.
