We always love our stay here! We saw manatees almost every day, which was such a treat. The fireplace was perfect for setting the cozy ambiance during a chilly weekend. We especially enjoyed the downstairs area with the TV for watching football. The kitchen is well stocked, which is great since we cook most of our meals. The space is very comfortable and welcoming. Don’t miss LaurieCue for some excellent BBQ while you’re in town!

this is a wonderful place. Nice and relaxing beautiful view of the river. Chairs that are set out next to the water. The house is decorated beautifully to the theme of Margaritaville. we love the kayaks and paddle boards that were provided. The owners go above and beyond that ensures everything is in place. We even had coffee ready to go to enjoy our first morning. We stayed seven days and loved every minute of it. We didn’t wanna leave. The place is very clean. Mattresses were nice to sleep on. Pricing may seem a little high, but for what you get is certainly worth it. I would highly recommend this place. Will be back next year. Thank YOU. .

This property has been one of my favorite stays of ALL time, and I travel a lot. Tonya and her Husband went above in beyond with timely communication from booking to check-in, and even questions while in the home for local recommendations. Their home is spacious, clean, decked out in fabulous Jimmy Buffet/Cheeseburger in Paradise/Margaritaville decor, and every kitchen appliance and tool needed to make a feast every night! It was absolutely wonderful. This was a memorable trip for our family and can’t wait to go back in the future! I highly recommend. Thank you so much Tonya, for letting us enjoy your beautiful home and the experiences.
