**Balcony project at this complex beginning September 8th, 2026 and lasting until May 14th, 2027. Construction activities all over the property will generate noise, vibration, and dust. The outdoor pool and Splash Pad will be closed in the Winter months**

Sleep eight in this unit, with quick access to stairs. Beautiful kitchen with stainless appliances, granite countertops and painted cabinets.
Primary BR features wonderful view to the beach and water, king size bed, flat screen TV and sliding door to patio.
Second BR features two full sized beds with private bath. Queen sleeper sofa in the living room for another two sleeping spots!
Top of the line furnishings make this retreat feel like home away from home.
Patio is furnished with high end, comfortable furniture to enjoy the wonderful view.
Phoenix V is perfectly located close to shopping, restaurants and entertainment!
There is a large outdoor pool and heated indoor pool with hot tubs. Your kids are able to enjoy a 1300 sq. ft. Caribbean Pirate Inspired Splash Pad downstairs by the pool. The area consists of a Pirate Sloop and Ship’s Bow with Slant Jets and Water Cannon, a Beached Boat Wet Slide, a Palm Tree with Water Dumping Bananas as well as a Tiny Tulip Flower Spray. You can see pictures of the Water Park placed at the end of the condo slideshow. It’s sure to keep your little Bucketheads busy throughout your vacation.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 per vehicle. Any 2br unit you rent at Phoenix V guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect the front desk to sell extra passes during the summer season.

Master shower would not drain, contacted host with no response. The front door was not sealed so it howled at all times. The front bedroom smelled like mildew. Overall, cleanliness was far below average. Our bath linens smelled like a cigarette and we had to wash them before use because the smell was so strong. The bedroom comforters and blankets smelled terrible. I am pretty sure they have not been washed in some time. Phoenix overall was nice and the beach, pools and splash pad were great.
