**Balcony project at this complex beginning September 8th, 2026 and lasting until May 14th, 2027. Construction activities all over the property will generate noise, vibration, and dust. The outdoor pool and Splash Pad will be closed in the Winter months**

Also, enjoy the convenience of avoiding the elevators and walking straight from your patio to the outdoor pool and grills! There is a king bed in the master bedroom, a king bed in the 2nd bedroom, two queen sized beds and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room for sleeping up to 10.
Phoenix V is one of the most relaxing condominium complexes on the gulf coast. There is a reason more vacationers stay at this condo than any other in Orange Beach. We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls.
There is not a better place to stay for you and your family than Phoenix V. There are plenty of activities including a splash pad, weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while you're bbqing.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 plus tax per vehicle. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.

The location was fantastic—right next to the pool area, with a grassy space that my toddlers loved playing in. The condo was very convenient for families. That said, the bed in the primary bedroom was extremely firm, which made it hard to get a comfortable night’s sleep. The shower in the primary bathroom could also use an upgrade, as the water pressure was quite weak and it took a while to rinse off sand after the pool or beach.

Check in was super easy. Great location if you have younger kids because they could play in the back yard. Theres an extra room added on the back that isn't pictured, but was SUPERRR convenient to let the kids play/sleep. Plenty of towels, pillows, blankets. No complaints, and would deff stay again!
