The amenities were great, parking was easy. Staff was friendly and helpful. We would book this unit again.

In the past have stayed next-door at the seaside and this was definitely an upgrade! The whole first floor with a helpdesk scan a lounge, and the fountain were wonderful.
We had an 80-year-old with health issues along with us and did not realize that the elevator was so far from our room. It wore her out just to go to the elevator. 816 should say something about it being quite a ways from the elevator

The pools were nice and we loved being beach front.
Our room was really far from the elevator so when you had a lot to carry it made it very difficult to wait on the elevator. The splash pad had things not working. And our toilet seat in our room was loose and kept making us slide. Also did not expect to also have to pay for parking and wrist bands at arrival.
