Phoenix V Unit 816

The amenities were great, parking was easy. Staff was friendly and helpful. We would book this unit again.

I can't think of anything we did not like. The room and the facility was great.

In the past have stayed next-door at the seaside and this was definitely an upgrade! The whole first floor with a helpdesk scan a lounge, and the fountain were wonderful.

We had an 80-year-old with health issues along with us and did not realize that the elevator was so far from our room. It wore her out just to go to the elevator. 816 should say something about it being quite a ways from the elevator

We love the location, convenience, decor, the beds all sleep great!, you have everything you need right there except for a groceries! And there is a market half a mile down the road. It’s the perfect vacation spot!

Not a thing we didn’t like

Hosteeva was mostly responsive to our needs and pleasant to work with; the complex/condo is in an excellent location with several eating places and a Publix and two Walmarts within easy driving distance; outstanding views of the beach plus a short walk to get to it.

The condo was in serious need of maintenance: the main TV was missing a remote so we could not tune channels, bedroom No. 2's TV was not hooked up and a partially eaten cookie was found behind it, bedroom no. 2's closet door was hanging by only one hinge, the bathroom sink faucet constantly dripped and the toilet ran at various intervals; the bed in the master bedroom was slanted, indicating faulty supports; the HVAC filter was filthy. The cleaning crew therefore should have done a better job. There is a l-o-n-g walk to the condo from the elevators, which will be difficult for those who have difficulty walking like me. But that also means the condo is away from the noise of elevators.
