About this villa rental
3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom holiday villa with a Private Heated Swimming Pool, 3 minutes´ walking distance from sea, 2 different exterior terraces to relax and a nice roof terrace. Sleeps a maximum of 6 people.
The charming Villa is a spacious, 2-storey holiday home in Puerto Pollensa, only 150 metres from the gorgeous bay area and seafront.
On the ground floor you can find the living room with nice wooden carpentry and furniture which gives it a very comforting rustic look. Right next to this we have a very spacious kitchen that's perfect for cooking with family or friends. There is one bedroom with twin beds and easy access on the ground floor with its own spacious bathroom.
Moving up to the first floor we find 2 comfortable bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a very nice and intimate roof terrace with a table and 2 hammocks.
Outside, there is a swimming pool area with a nice sunny terrace that has a lot of hammocks on one side of the house, on the other side you will find another sunny terrace that's ideal for barbecuing and dining alfresco. Please note that there is pool heating available upon request at an extra weekly cost.
Whether you want to chill out by yourself with your favourite music/book or be with the family, whether you are sun lover or shade seeker, this villa´s generous outdoor living space to meet all your needs and ensure you have a fantastic relaxing holiday.
Puerto Pollensa is a romantic harbour village resort situated in the north of the island at the foot of the Tramuntana mountains. Many sandy beaches, the picturesque, historic towns Pollensa and Alcudia, the golf clubs of Pollensa and Aucanada and all kinds of outdoor sport opportunities are just a pleasant drive away. Palma and the international airport can be reached in about 40 min.
Please be aware:
- a booking fee of 150 EUR will be charged on every booking
- when booking you will be subject to pay the Balearic ecotax of 2.20 EUR per night per person
- a refundable breakage deposit, the amount of which is property related, will also be required when booking
- pool heating: if available and desired at the property an additional 500 EUR will be charged

Lovely spacious villa with everything we could possible need. Spotlessly clean. The pool was a great size & very welcome after a hot day out!
