Villa Can Monxo By SunVillas Mallorca

The villa is huge and very well located. The pool is good size. Everything was clean and we were able to access the property before the advertised check in time. A welcome basket of fruit, water, snacks, and wine were left for us which was a nice addition.

Some items are a bit tired and could do to be replaced. The hadle missing from the cutlery drawer in the kitchen and a few of the sun loungers and chairs are broken. There were still enough to cater for our family of 10 though as not everyone wanted to lay around the pool. Finally, just a note if travelling with young children, the stairs are marble and there did not look to be an easy way to block access to them. This was not an issue for us, but would have been a major concern if we travelled with under 5's

Einige wenige Stühle und Liegen waren etwas in die Jahre gekommen, so auch die Ausstattung der Badezimmer (Föhn und Wasserdruck). Die Klimaanlage im unteren Zimmer funktionierte ebenfalls nicht, was aufgrund der Jahreszeit (Herbst) halb so wild war.

Great location, great pool and very roomy

A few things were a bit tired - these had been noted on previous reviews but nothing seems to have been done to address the defects

The bedrooms were large with aircon and shutters to keep the heat out. The pool had a shallow end for children and a deeper end for adults. There were plenty of sun loungers for all the guests and an outdoor table for eating out. The location was on a quiet street just back from the seafront. There was parking for at least 4 cars.
