With capacity for 10 guests, 5 bedrooms (2 with double beds and 3 with twin beds), and 4 bathrooms (3 with showers and 1 with a shower-over-bath), Villa Moncho is the perfect choice for a family holiday or a getaway with friends in the north of Mallorca. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and free Wi-Fi, and the property also offers private parking for up to three cars.
Located just a few minutes’ walk from the charming seafront promenade of Puerto Pollensa, this villa offers the ideal blend of tranquillity and proximity to the beach, shops, and restaurants.

Lovely villa, swimming pool and lawns.The villa was situated in a quiet street and just a 25 minute walk from the town.Any issues were dealt with very quickly by the agent.The villa was clean but we had no midweek clean, just some clean towels were left in the hallway. There little in the way of washing up liquid, wash / shower gel and toilet rolls etc Overall we had a lovely stay.

Very nice villa to stay in although we had stayed there some years before.
Facility’s were good although you can always find something that can be improved on.
Pool was clean . Sun villas were helpful with our request to gain access early which was a big help with little ones. Thanks sunvillas

We had booked a family holiday for a special occasion for up to ten people. The property was spacious with good facilities, we were impressed with the bedrooms two of which were effectively suites.
We had hired cars and were glad to have a private drive. The walk into town takes about 30 minutes, with a small supermarket about ten minutes away.
The booking procedure was straightforward and all queries responded too promptly.
The weather was good for October and we all enjoyed our stay.
