Location and view fantastic.
Keys were in lock box and we were told to use only the one by the door ,which was the wrong one. Confusion on booking as Mallorca agent and bookings .com seemed unable to change the booking from 6 people to 4. A lot of time wasted and could not check in until it was resolved. Bathrooms don't have fans and are damp especially the one with no window. Bottom sheets on single beds too small and don't tuck in. Pool pointless as too small.

The location is perfect, about a 20 minute walk into town. Super peaceful and nothing to spoil the uninterrupted view. The villa is huge, plenty of room, large airy space and super well equipped. Everything you need and more!
The outside area could do we a little TLC which is a shame.

The location was amazing and the villa very comfortable and clean.
On arrival at 7pm it was boiling, the air con had not been put on. The next morning we had a power cut so no air con nor water (due to pump) so had to call out for help, we were told there is minimal voltage so had to turn off outside lights and hot tub pump. The shower head in one bathroom was broken and there were not enough pillows. Very minimal welcome back and no manuals on how to work anything or where to put the rubbish etc,
