We booked this property for a graduation trip. Our oldest daughter was graduating and we had family coming in from a few different states. We wanted a place to stay where we could throw a graduation party/dinner. This property allowed small parties (up to 25 people) and that was perfect for us. The house is lovely. It was extremely clean and very large. It is an older house, but nicely updated. It was well supplied with toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, laundry detergent, and dishwasher tablets. There was a pantry with left overs from previous guests, like aluminum foil, paper plates, and spices. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking/baking dishes. The backyard was amazing. I spent many hours of our short trip on the back deck. The backyard has giant trees and we spotted several really neat birds. We also saw foxes and deer. There is a tenant who lives in a separate property out back, but he was friendly, and kept his dog on a leash. The host was easy to work with. We had no problems getting in and checkout was easy. I wish we could have stayed longer. Thanks for a great stay!

We traveled to Dardenelle unexpectedly last week. Our host was extremely accomodating and grascious. We were able to have a few friends and family over after the service. The open kitchen and deck were perfect for visiting and storytelling. Thank you perfect for

The house was terrific. It was clean and well maintained. We rented it with two other couples for a wedding in Atkins. It was perfect.

If you love historic homes in wonderful quaint towns, then this is the place for you! Beautifully maintained and updated historic prairie style home on a large lot with access to the river. All the bedrooms are huge, bathrooms are updated. One bedroom, bath and kitchenette are located on second floor for privacy. 3 bedrooms on ground level share a bathroom. We loved the formal dining room for sharing family meals and games. Kitchen was modern and fully stocked with everything you need. Back yard and porch are so peaceful. We met several friendly neighbors, and the town was very welcoming. Owner was friendly, all communications were quick and productive. Would 100% stay here again.
