About this house rental
Keep it simple at this modern, centrally-located home. It is ideal for traveling medical personnel and other professionals staying together, while working in Russellville and the surrounding areas. A huge fenced in back yard and 2 living areas makes it perfect for families with older children and pets as well. (The home is not toddler/small child proof)
The space:
This is home located on a big corner lot. It has a large fenced in back yard for letting pets in and out of the home. The driveway has room for 2 vehicles with additional parking on the side street. The home has three bedrooms that all have new mattresses and pillows. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the other two bedrooms hold two twin beds each. There is Wi-Fi and four Smart TVs located in all of the bedrooms, living room and the den. The kitchen has modern appliances and there is a washer and dryer on site for use. The living room and den both have comfortable furniture for leisure and relaxing. The two and a half bathrooms have showers and one bathtub. Our guests will have peace of mind during their stay because the house is also protected with an updated security system.
Guest access:
The guest will self-check in and have full use of the entire house.
Other things to note:
Guests will find a starter kit of toiletries, paper products and cleaning supplies in the home. Guests who stay longer than 2-3 days will need to purchase their own supplies when the starter kit is depleted. The security system has an alarm system and outside cameras. There is a gas grill on site for you to use. (the tank may need to be taken to a gas station and exchanged for a full tank; we do not furnish the gas).

Loved this rental!! Plenty of space to spread out and entertain yourselves but a big enough common area if you all want to relax and spead time together. It's just a couple minutes drive away from Russellville shopping but in a very quiet neighborhood.
