We planned a trip over Labor Day weekend to include my mother (in her 70's) and we really enjoyed our trip. Remember you are at the beach so expect stairs in the places you are staying (stairs to get into the house and stairs to get to the third floor bedrooms). The bathrooms were nice and even had one that was a walk-in which was great for my mother. All of the kitchen needs were provided! I would recommend this place!

The house was big enough for all of my family to be able to be together and still have room to move around and not be on top of one another. We were close enough to walk to the beach and a very short drive into the town
