Sand Pebbles A30 is a 2 BR/2 BA updated oceanfront condo. It is a 3rd floor unit with an amazing view of the beach and ocean. Sand Pebbles is an 86-unit well-maintained complex with a private beach access, lifeguard stand nearby and two private pools. You will enjoy oceanfront and pool views from the large covered private balcony. Feel the beach all around you with gorgeous sunrises and crashing waves only a few steps away. WE DO PARTIAL WEEK RESERVATIONS ALL YEAR LONG and 10% discount 7 nights or more. Message owner for long-term off-season rentals.

The entire unit has hardwood floors. The living room has a 50" Smart TV with extended cable and Roku streaming for any subscription-based services that you have i.e. Netflix, Hulu, etc.
The fully furnished kitchen with granite counter tops has cookware needed for family cooking. A dining area for four is provided and additional seating for four is available at the bar.
The master bedroom accommodates a queen-size bed with its own private bath and smart TV with extended cable. The second bedroom has two twin beds, smart TV with extended cable. A queen-size sofa sleeper is available in the living area for additional guests. Linens are provided and beds are made up before your arrival. A full guest bathroom is available for everyone. Two-car limit covered parking is available.
During the summer season May 23 - Sep 1, we have contracted with a local beach gear rental company to provide two lounge chairs and umbrella for our guests. They will be set up at 9:00 am and picked up at 5:00 pm each day. You can enjoy the beach in the Carolina sun and take a break with a little shade.
Our condominium is our personal condo. We have kitchen supplies, high speed wireless internet access, dvds, books, beach chairs, and toys available for your use. All of the furniture and appliances are well maintained. There is a high top patio table set and additional seating outside on the private balcony for you to enjoy the beautiful view and sound of the ocean.
Directly across the street is Uncle Vinnie's Pizza, and The Spot Bar & Grill. Within 2 blocks of the condo is Butts n Such, Fun Time Ice Cream, ocean front Tiki Bar and a convenient store. A mile away is CB Boardwalk, CB Lake, summer season rides, many restaurants, shops, pubs, and of course, Britt's donuts. During the summer months, live music and fireworks every Thursday evening at the Boardwalk and Sunday family movie night at the lake.
Explore family friendly attractions at the Fort Fisher Aquarium and the Fort Fisher State Historic Site and Civil War Museum, two fishing piers, and a drive in beach access at Freeman Park.
Wilmington is a 20 minute drive to many attractions, restaurants and shopping.

Literally the best place to stay. Very clean, close to restaurants, close to the beach, the pool was amazing. I can't say enough positive things about our stay. Host was beyond helpful and very quick to answer. You will NOT regret staying here. Already planning our trip for next year!!100/10!!!

We loved our morning views of the beach. Pictures of the house don’t do it justice it actually looks a lot more up to date. The host was great with communication. Location is great and having a private entrance to the beach was great as you don’t get overcrowded. Host provided snacks which our kids definitely appreciated. The only cons I would say is that maybe the couches need to be switched out as they are older and the bathroom tub was a tad bit dirty, but was an easy fix. I would give the property a 9/10.

Unfortunately, our experience staying here was disappointing from the start. The check-in process was unnecessarily difficult, especially arriving after dark. The building numbers were very hard to locate due to poor lighting, which made finding our condo frustrating. When I called the provided contact number for assistance, Linda was rude and not very helpful. We ultimately had to rely on a resident to help us find the unit.Once inside, the cleanliness was below expectations. There were multiple hairs left in both showers, and the towels appeared dingy and worn, which did not give us confidence in the cleanliness of the property.At checkout, we were instructed to take out the trash, but there were no directions on where the dumpster was located. Once again, we had to ask someone else for help.Overall, this stay fell short in both hospitality and cleanliness. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this property to friends or family.
