Cosy apartment in Valencia, with functional furniture and every detail to accommodate up to 4 people in the City of Arts and Sciences.
1 bedroom, WiFi and Air conditioning. Very well connected, 10 minutes by car from the Beach and the Historic Centre.

Nice loft apartment in neutral colours decorated in a minimalist Nordic style very close to France Avenue, next to the City of Arts and Sciences, one of the most emblematic and avant-garde architectural complexes in Valencia. This allows us to be 10 minutes walking from the Oceanographic Park, the Prince Felipe Museum, the Hemisfèric, the Queen Sofía Opera Palace, Gulliver Park... in a pleasant walk through the Turia River Gardens, the largest urban garden in Spain. We recommend having a coffee or an appetiser in one of the many cafés and restaurants that surround it.
The 65 m2 apartment has the following spaces:
GROUND FLOOR:
- Living-dining room with double height equipped with double sofa bed (140x190cm), shelves, side tables and HD TV.
- Modern kitchen open to the living room fully equipped, with dishwasher, washer-dryer, microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee maker, juicer, blender...
- Common bathroom equipped with washbasin, toilet and shower.
FLOOR 1st (access by stairs):
- Elegant main bedroom with a double bed of 150x190. HD-TV, spacious wardrobes and en-suite bathroom equipped with washbasin, toilet and practical shower. Its armchair is ideal for an enjoyable reading during your stay.
It is delivered with bedding, 1 hand towel and bath towel per person, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and welcome kitchen amenities (1 scouring pad, 1 kitchen cloth, 2 rubbish bags, 1 washing machine soap, 2 dishwasher tablets, dishwasher, 2 toilet rolls per bathroom, hand gel).

- Central air conditioning cold/heat on both floors.
- 1 High chair included.

Penya-Roja is a residential neighbourhood in one of the best areas of Valencia. A very quiet area, in the heart of Valencia, the Turia River Gardens and in the middle of the City of Arts and Sciences. 100 metres from the apartment there are all types of services, educational centres, sports, cultural... as well as restaurants, shopping centres such as Aqua, El Saler and El Corte Inglés, supermarkets Mercadona, Aldi, Economy Cash etc...
How to move around:
A few meters from the building, there is a Bus stop, Taxi, Bike Lane. Or by taking a pleasant walk along the Turia River Garden.
- Bus Stop: França-Albereda (19- 40 - 94 / Eduard Boscà-Passeig de l'Albereda ( 18 - 90 ).
- Metro: Ayora ( 5 - 7 ).
- Tram: Marítim-Serrería ( 6 - 8 ).

Love this place for it’s location, cleanliness and amenities. 2 bathrooms, washer with a dryer that almost dried my clothes, dishwasher. Restaurants and neighborhood bar right across the street. Bed was comfortable. Hop on hop off bus stop across the street, very convenient to get around town.

This apartment is very well furnished & supplied, and the location made it easy to walk to the historic area or take a taxi to the beach. Lots of restaurants within an easy walk. We experienced very strong smell of sewer gas in the bathrooms on multiple occasions- that’s the only complaint. Otherwise, a great stay.

Lovely loft near the Valencia Opera house. Specious loft for two of us with numerous restaurants nearby.
Place was clean and well appointed. We enjoyed this place a lot.
