Great central location for exploring the area. The property was very clean and had everything you need for a long or short stay. We were pleasantly surprised at how light and airy it was considering it's converted stables. Plenty of places to eat and drink in easy walking distance.

We didn't have any issues while we were there. If I had to pick a fault it would be that the parking area was a bit tight to get out of with 3 cars parked but it wasn't a major thing.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY. How this is listed with Booking.com is beyond me.

The overwhelming, horrific stench of damp and fust on entering the property gave me a headache after just 5 minutes. The picture on the website shows the bedroom, but does not show the dehumidifier taking up a large part of the floor space to ineffectually try to deal with it, with the kitchen extractor fan also on upon arrival, AND a plugged-in air freshener. The phone number listed to 'call with any issues' is a phone number that doesn't exist. We stayed for 15 minutes, and didn't even bother to unpack. Emails were not responded to in an effort to reach out to the property in order to work something out, and I find myself unable to get a refund. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Great, comfort hidden gem!

It was very clean. The host was so careful to provide everything in kitchen (utensils, coffee microwave, washer-dryer,..), even bin bags,... extra bed linen, toiletries,... The living room, bedroom and the bathroom are very spacious. I highly recommend this. Great location to explore neighbouring peak district, Redmires, Wyming Brook or Sheffield and suburbs. Also not too far from Hope Valley.

The sofa was bit compact I would suggest to replace it with a comfort sofa-bed so that a family with a kid could accommodate but that's a minor.

It’s in the perfect location - quiet with lots to do nearby: restaurants, pubs, etc.

Soap in the bathroom and a few more toilet rolls.
