The apartment was very modern , clean and comfortable and the views over the golf course to the sea was a great way to relax while siting on the balcony. The rooms were large and had everything we needed.
There was nothing to dislike , our only issue was at exactly 11 am ( departure time) as we was about to leave the cleaner came into the apartment without knocking to check if we were still there.

Great views across the golf course and seafront, including the North Foreland Lighthouse. Property was well presented and comfortable on a private estate.

The view from the balcony was amazing. The apartment was nicely furnished.
The mattress was of a poor quality, could feel the springs. The cooker, cutlery, tv all need to be looked at and given a thorough clean. The balcony needed sweeping, cobwebs were more than a day old. Cobwebs on right hand bedroom window. Dining room chairs very rickety. Kettle was appalling, but the owner was prepared to change it immediately. Toilet brush needs replacing. We felt the apartment could do with a deep clean. An email with photos has been sent to the owners.
