About this apartment rental
Stunning second floor apartment in converted edwardian house on the seafront. Plenty of parking available on the private road.
Fabulous location with wonderful coastal walks in either direction. Ten minutes walk to Joss Bay to the left, or 30 minutes walk to Broadstairs town to the right. There is also access to the beach below via steps only accessible with a key provided to estate residents.
The apartment itself has a beautiful fitted kitchen with breakfast bar looking out to sea, spacious and comfy lounge/diner, again with sea views. The master bedroom has a Jack and Jill ensuite bathroom with bath and walk in shower. The second bedroom has twin beds and arguably the best view of all. There's also a balcony off the hallway if you want to take in some fresh sea air.
Broadstairs is a beautiful unspoilt gem with its golden sandy beach and harbour arm. Broadstairs has it's own micro climate and often avoids the worst of the weather. Even in winter you can often find a sheltered spot to sit outside and enjoy a coffee.
Margate and Ramsgate are both worth a visit as they both have their own vibe and something different to offer. Historic Canterbury is less than 25 minutes by train, or 40 minutes by car.

Excellent hosts with an attention to detail beyond compare. Well maintained, spotless accommodation. English channel views and possibly the best Kent coast beaches on your doorstep. You are highly unlikely to find better at this price point, just book it and enjoy!

Very peaceful and safe location with amazing views of the sea from all the windows. The apartment is very comfortable, beautifully maintained, and spotlessly clean. In fact, the apartment felt much larger than shown in the photos. There was plenty of room for our family of 2 adults & 2 older teens. We really appreciated all the personal touches e.g fresh flowers and supplies like milk & bread. The apartment had everything we needed and we really enjoyed exploring Broadstairs and the local area. Barry and Gaynor were excellent hosts and very welcoming. Thank you! Highly recommended.
