Our family-friendly 3-bed house with 2 large parking spaces is the ideal base for seaside walks, fish & chips on the jetty or a peaceful family getaway. Located in the heart of Broadstairs but tucked away in a quiet cup-de-sac with an enclosed courtyard garden; perfect spot for families, friends, and anyone eager to explore the best of Kent’s coast.

Our kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, washing machine, fridge/freezer, coffee machine and all the cookware you’ll need, whether you’re whipping up breakfast or planning a special dinner after a day at the beach. We also provide essentials such as olive oil, salt & pepper, coffee pods & long life milks for your first cuppa on arrival
Upstairs, you’ll find 3 bedrooms, all with fresh linen and towels provided.
> Master Bedroom: Comfortable king size bed and plenty of storage space in the wardrobe and drawers, plus a dressing table with hairdryer.
> Twin Room: Great for kids or friends, with two comfy beds and a spacious fitted wardrobe.
> Single Room: A peaceful front-facing room with a cosy bed, hanging rail, and handy bedside drawers.
The first floor bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, basin, and toilet. Essentials like body wash, handwash, and toilet rolls are all provided—one less thing to pack!
Our enclosed courtyard garden is a wonderful spot for sunny breakfasts or summer barbecues. With a table, chairs, and a gas BBQ, you can relax outdoors while the kids play safely.
