The TV was difficult to use, needs some instructions.... The firepit on the balcony took up a lot of space, it would have been more better with a table and chairs or outdoor sofa. Also every time you stepped onto the balcony it made a big bang and having stayed in the apartment below this is very noticeable, perhaps a rug would soften the noise or a repair is needed

Great location really close to the beach and shops, cafes and restaurants. The apartment was good size with really comfortable beds and living area with sea views from the balcony. Being on two floors with two of the three bedrooms upstairs gave it a more spacious feel. We’d definitely stay again if we’re visiting Broadstairs.

First time to Broadstairs and not only is this location absolutely perfect, I wasn't expecting such a high spec as to when we arrived. The pictures were lovely enough, but it's even better in person! Beautiful decor, spacious, high level of taste, ultra clean and small personal touches left for us from the hosts were wonderful. And a view of the sea from the balcony. Jackpot! And one small alley way straight to the beach. What more can you want! We came as a family of 5 and it was amazing. When I return to Broadstairs, I will 110% only book here. We didn't want to leave. Communication from the hosts were perfect and they were very accomodating and just lovely; thank you for our wonderful stay and we will be back.

This property is beautiful. Just 10 minutes walk down the high street from the station and perfectly located for the beach, restaurants and shops. Lovely to have tea, coffee and milk available on arrival with the added bonus of a bottle of Prosecco chilling in the fridge :) It was really nice to have the balcony with seating as the weather was hot and sunny during our stay, so we made good use of it. The decor is of a very high standard and the turquoise colour scheme throughout is very calming. Being on the third floor it was also great that there was a lift. The owners responded promptly to any questions and were very helpful. We were able to request a late checkout which was great too.
