About this apartment rental
The holiday apartments are situated on a most romantic and unique sandy beach near London. They have been family managed by the owners for twenty years. Part of a 250 year old Georgian Mansion the apartments are comfortably furnished including books, videos and games. Every room has a beautiful view either out to sea and the chalk cliffs or towards the Victorian garden at the back of the house. There is an ever changing scene sea scape with the tides, fascinating sea birds, ships to watch either from the windows or the beach directly in front of the property. You have opportunities to play golf straight behind the house, go swimming, go to the children's play area or play tennis. A good idea is to bring your own bicycles with you. The bicycle paths around this area and some along the beach are breath-taking. All apartments are child friendly and non-smoking areas.

The flat is located in front of the most beautiful and peaceful beach of the area. There are many excellent places to eat 5-10mins drive and a pub 2mins walk from the flat. The flat is well appointed with comfortable sofas to relax. The kitchen has everything you need to cook, and a dishwasher. There are 2 bathrooms, 1 with a shower and the other with a bathtub. The main room has two beds put together making it the size of a kingsize.The views from the flat are amazing, the flat is truly located in a privileged position. And Simone is an amazing host. We feel we were really lucky to find this place. Highly recommend it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our first trip to the Kent Coast made perfect by our stay at this apartment. The owners live downstairs and are very friendly, whilst leaving you to enjoy your stay in peace. We had access to a large, smart TV with Sky and a range of other apps for evening viewing. The apartment is kept spotlessly clean. The views are spectacular with a lovely, quiet bay literally opposite the property. We spent hours watching the tide going in and out. At low tide, you can walk for miles and miles along the coastline. A five star stay and I'm sure we will be back at some point.

Nous avons passé plusieurs fois des vacances à Broadstairs, cité balnéaire très jolie et très agréable. Les appartements de Mrs Simone Vince sont très confortables et très jolis, et ils offrent une vue superbe sur la mer et les falaises, et un accès direct à la plage. Un endroit idéal pour des vacances en bord de mer.
