Good cottage in North Yorkshire but could easily be much better.
Quality of fittings (oven, hob,utensils, shower, etc) and bedding, towels etc. Nice welcoming bottle of wine, tea, coffee and biscuits.
Would have been nice to have welcoming fresh milk. Could have provided shower gel and shampoo. Recycling not possible. Garden waste bin not emptied because too heavy to move . Did not bother to open patio doors because of problems. If these things fixed property would be very good.

Very good
A nice, comfortable house. Very clean and well equipped. Close enough to walk to town centre if you're reasonably fit. There are two (that we found) short cuts for pedestrians which made a significant difference to the length of walk. The Sandpiper Inn is a wonderful place to eat but you need to book in advance as it's very popular. Lot and lots of wonderful walks within easy access of Leyburn. The countryside is stunning!
The neighbours have a very annoying dog that yaps a lot !!!
