good stay great location
The property was very central withIn easy walking distance to everything in Leyburn great location also very near to the square where you can park for free which was really handy.
The property was a little tired and the entrance to the garden smelt a little damp.

Daisy Cottage in Feb 2025
Town centre location was great.. walking distance to everthing in Leyburn. Cottage was clean & well equipped.. was warm & cosy. The secure back garden is fantastic if you're bringing your dog. đź‘Ť
Only 2 smallish towels per person per stay.. no hand towel in down stairs loo.. no kitchen hand towel either. We stayed 5 nights.. so a bit mean. Also the access to the cottage is quite tight if you have a large car, if you have anything larger than a normal family saloon car.. it would be tricky but there is free parking on Grove Sq. (If you can get a parking spot there.. doubtful in summer months) Finally , It is completely beyond the cottage owners control but if a nice view is important to you. The lane access is owned by someone who has a collection of old and rusting Reliant Robins.. so not ideal. But to be fair we were out & about all day.. it was dark at 5pm & curtains were closed. Like i say the cottage owners cant do anything about it. Hopefully this helps give a fair unbiased opinion

We had a wonderful stay at Daisy cottage in Leyburn
Lovely cottage close to the Market Square in Leyburn. We stayed with our dog so the enclosed garden was great. The cottage is one of the best we’ve stayed in - beds fabulous, shower and bathrooms fab, really clean, well decorated and modern.
We found the seating in the living room to be more on trend/modern than comfortable. We’d always prefer comfort.

Delightful at Daisy
Everything about this cottage was just tremendous, the best we have stayed in so far in Leyburn (and we've been coming a while). It is close to all the amenities in the village, as well as being extremely well appointed as a cottage. The welcome package was a lovely touch and very much appreciated.
The only slight downside is the road leading to the lane is not the most appealing however this is outwith the control of the hosts so all in all a fab stay

A very enjoyable break. This was my first visit to Leyburn. Will definitely be returning.
The location was great. Easy access to some amazing walks. The cottage was lovely. Full of home comforts. Lovely welcome pack on arrival. Would definitely recommend.
