Good location, really close to town centre. Clean & nicely presented. Dog friendly & great for a short stay. House manager & owner very responsive & helpful.
Beds very uncomfortable for us. It could just be personal preference but the mattresses were incredibly soft & we struggled with this. Bedding was thick winter duvets which would be lovely in cold weather but needed something thinner to suit the recent hot temperatures. Very loud noise from the boiler/water heater when running hot water which was a bit of a nuisance at night.

Lovely property and location but wouldn’t recommend in winter as property is cold.
The property was cold and when we made Jade aware that the property was cold she blamed it on the cold weather. Jade wasn’t helpful and told us to use the fire which would be more costly to us. It wasn’t until I told her that I was disappointed that the radiators weren’t working that she offered to get an electrician and an extra heater. However after this communication we got no other response about either a second heater or an electrician. Very disappointing.
