Very comfortable had everything we needed, could have done with a fan though as it was very hot weather during our stay, beds were super comfy .
Thought the outside of the property looked a bit tired

Beech Lodge was spotlessly clean with lovely views of the lake. The location was perfect for regular buses in to York. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed the hot tub.

The lake was nice.
The property desperately needs maintenance and attention, beds are uncomfortable, rooms were dark and dingy,no internet, shower was not hot and low pressure , outside was full of cobwebs and unswept especially around the hot tub,,,
