Not luxury, but a home away from home - we spent a mont there and always felt we are back home in the evening after a day of walk and walk and walk! Great location - not a typical full of tourists, nice area, we felt safe, able to get in touch with the everyday life of the Parisians, transport, shopping food , parks nearby, bulangeries/bakeries, nice cafes, brasseries and restaurants. If you enjoy serious walking along Paris streets, not a (so-)very long walk to Eifel tower, Invalides, Champ de Mars. No lift - third floor a bit not easy to climb with suitcases, but property manager was very kind and met us there and helped us with luggage, thank you! We may come back some day ….!
