A anfitriã foi bastante atenciosa em nos atender para explicar a entrada no apartamento. O apartamento é bastante espaçoso e tem todos os utensílios de cozinha para fazer refeições no apartamento. É bem iluminado e estava super limpo. Está localizado em uma região com vários mercados, lavanderias e uma avenida de comércio com lojas variadas, além de ter estação de metrô próxima. O ponto turístico mais próximo é a Torre Eifel que levava em torno de 10 a 15 minutos de caminhada.
Como o apartamento está em um prédio mais antigo, ele fica no quinto andar e não há elevador. Portanto, pessoas com problemas de locomoção têm dificuldade em acessar o apartamento.
