Great location. 15 min to the river or to the Eiffel tower. Very clean, lots of plates and staff for kitchen. big window is opening

the window opens directly to the metro ways and the train is very noisy going every several minutes on the metal bridge no air conditioner (there was a ventilator but it does not help in the summer heat wave…) the sink in the bathroom had very narrow output so the water kept accumulating there the mattress was larger than the base (futon) and was taking half of the room and was sliding off daily the host did not respond the booking questions timely, and failed to arrange the date change in time (I had to book another hotel for the first night); the host did not seem to be able to troubleshoot in such situations and could not help with changing the dates until the dates were filled…
