L'Adorable – Au cœur du Paris authentique

For my purposes (going to school) it was a very good location- close to my daily destination, close to several grocery stores, restaurants, shops and metro. The studio itself was pretty big for a studio. There was also an elevator which is a plus, plus a washing machine, both very convenient. Being on the 5th floor I had a great view of the top 1/4 of the Eiffel tower which was awesome. There were two big windows that opened wide so I had fresh air any time I wanted. The kitchen was stocked and there were plenty of towels and basic kitchen and cleaning supplies. The hostess, Lisa, was very responsive and addressed any issues that came up very quickly.

The place is surface-level clean but it needs a deep clean, especially the bathroom and kitchen. I spent my first night deep cleaning the shower and kitchen and putting unclean-looking cutting boards, serve ware and silverware away and using my own. Additionally the bed is a sofa bed, one of those foldaway types so it had a lot of grooves and ripples. It did not lay flatly so it was not what I would call comfortable. Additionally being somewhat older decor and equipment, a few things simply were broken or cracked such as the dresser drawer, the lining of the kitchen counter etc. The place has no AC which is typical of France however beware there is no fan. The room faces the sun in the evening so it warms up and you may have to get a fan if you are staying for a while. However it was good place to stay and I would stay there again.
