Posizione comoda . Zona tranquilla . L'appartamento, nonostante le temperature elevate,si manteneva fresco. Tipico stile parigino. Ideale per base d appoggio per esplorare Parigi. Check-in anticipato accettato.

Consiglio di apportare delle modifiche/miglioramenti a: illuminazione, scarichi, attrezzature per cucinare e mangiare e porte di ingresso e dell appartamento.

Emplacement ideal pour visiter oaris,quatier calme ou l on se sent bien,literie et deco confortable,baignoire a bulle sympa. Kitchinette avec plaque et micro onde pratique pour petit dejeuner ou rechauffer biberon

Le frigo ne fonctionné pas,les emboitures des chaises bougent risque de casse ou chute ,matekas taché aurai besoin d etre changé mais confortable a mon gout

I’m pleased to report that the refrigerator is now working. The location in the 15th arrondissement near buses and metros is excellent. I was able to drop my bag a couple of hours before I checked in at 3, so I could move about the city more easily. Owner/manager was fairly responsive to messages.

Let’s face it, you’re paying for a secure roof over your head in a good location. It’s obvious that this flat is a DIY job and I think it’s priced accordingly. The tub drains very slowly and leaves residue which must be rinsed—that was the biggest “annoyance” level item I can cite. However I would not stay here in the summer unless a fan (ventilateur) or two are provided. The listing does not say AC which is fine, but in 40°C weather this flat is not adequately cooled by having windows open and this is not feasible for overnight anyway. It’s a ground floor flat and street noises are literally right next to your head: conversations, cars, loud motorbikes. These last until about 2am while you’re sweltering in bed with zero air movement in the room. I asked twice for a fan. I should’ve bought one myself and then returned it after checking out.
