The 3 bedrooms. Large windows giving the house plenty of natural light. Waking up to the birds singing. Close enough to Roundhay Park.
No access to the back garden due to ongoing work.

The property had a nice modern feel once we went inside. It had a nice airy decor with nice, plush accessories. It had everything you would expect in a house with nice kitchen appliances. washing up liquid and sponge for dishes are included. The house is clean and the dining table was made up and looked lovely. The beds were lovely and comfortable with clean white bed linen and lovely rugs and curtains in the bedrooms also. Towels for each guest on each bed on arrival, and the bathroom had shampoo, hand wash, toilet rolls and shower gel. Easy check in and payment process. Smart tv and wi-fi were great and had no issues like previous reviews had mentioned (Wi-fi password is Key- on the bottom of the router not password). Was worried because it was mid terrace but never heard the neighbours, very quiet. We were visiting for the Total Warrior event in Bramham Park and it was ideal for our needs.
It’s only a minor grumble but….the house was poorly finished off and it could just be the owners just haven’t gotten around to tidying up these issues yet. Poorly finished plaster around wall sockets. Grill pan in the oven hadn’t been cleaned. Food from previous guests in one of the cupboards. Paint missing in some places like bay window/ceiling. Wrong flooring rods installed upstairs with loose protruding screws. Sock from previous guest left under main bed. Loose wires and exposed hot water pipes to name a few. None of this spoilt our stay as such but if these were tidied up the place would be even better!!
The area it is located in is like a local council estate and I was told by a local to make sure I didn’t leave anything on view in my car and make sure it’s locked. None of this would stop me from staying again as they’re all minor issues but like I said if the above were corrected the house would be top notch.

Best element clean comfortable bed. Good Wi-Fi access included in nightly rate. Appreciated how quiet the local area was in the evening, over night.
The images on the web site do not really match decorative state of the property.
