Merely steps to the beach, Oceanview Townhouse No. 2, is a 4 Bedroom/3.5 Bath townhouse located on South Padre Island, Texas.
This refurbished condominium will welcome you to beach relaxation with updated coastal furnishings and decor, along with saltillo tile and granite countertops throughout.

The first floor includes a guest bedroom complete with 2 sets of twin over full bunk beds.

The second floor showcases a high wall of floor to ceiling windows and doors, providing natural light for the living, dining, and kitchen areas. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare and serve family or group meals, with a large dining table and countertop seating. Guests can enjoy fantastic ocean views when stepping out on the balcony off of the living room, that also features a flat screen TV and plenty of room for guests to lounge in comfort. The Second floor also entails a full bath with a walk in shower.

The third floor floor features two spacious suites furnished with pillow top queen sized beds, bathrooms and ample closets. There is a flat screen TV in the guest bedrooms.
The Third floor bathroom area consists of two bathrooms with shared tub shower (jack and Jill)

The fourth floor will entail a spacious master bedroom with a King bed with views from the balcony looking out towards the beach. There is a flat screen TV equipped with a full bath and shower.

Guests are welcome to use the downstairs garage to park an extra vehicle or store beach gear and toys.
