Our home was newly remodeled in April 2025, and is located in the heart of South Padre Island. This exquisite property offers a perfect blend of luxury and comfort, making it ideal to enjoy the sun, sand, and surf.
Enjoy the soothing sounds of the waves and panoramic views of the sparkling Gulf right from your living room. With 6 beautifully appointed bedrooms and 6 sleek, modern bathrooms, 4 being BRAND NEW walk-in showers, this spacious beach home comfortably sleeps up to 16 guests — perfect for large families, group getaways, or multi-generational vacations.
The master bedroom is located on the 1st floor and offers amazing views of the beach/ocean, pool, and gorgeous sunrises every morning. The master bedroom entails a king bed, flat screen tv, and large ensuite master bathroom with his & her sink and large walk in tile shower. The downstairs entails 3 additional guest bedrooms and a living area with a pull out sleeper sofa for additional guest sleeping space. The first guest bedroom offers a king bed and en-suite bathroom with walk in tile shower. The 2nd guest bedroom features another king bed and shares a jack and jill bathroom with the 3rd guest bedroom. The 3rd guest room entails a twin bunk and a single twin bed. All bedrooms have smart tv's! The backyard is easily accessible to guests by going through the downstairs living area or using the upstairs balcony which leads to an exterior staircase to the pool area.
The open-concept living area on the 2nd floor is an entertainer's dream, featuring massive windows that flood the space with natural light and give you front-row seats to spectacular sunrises. Whether you're lounging indoors or stepping out to your private heated pool, you'll be surrounded by beauty and comfort at every turn. The two additional guest bedrooms (bedroom 5 & 6) will be located on the second floor. The first upstairs bedroom is very spacious and features two queen beds, walk in closet, and ensuite bathroom with his & her sink and a walk in tile shower! The second upstairs bedroom entails a king bed. Guests staying in this room have access to the full bathroom in the hallway which is located right outside the bedroom door.

This property fit my family very well. It was clean and had an excellent path to the beach. We had a brief issue with one of the air conditioners and also with the WiFi login. Both issues were quickly resolved by the property management. We also didn’t have any hand towels when we arrived but once again the property manager resolved that too. The house was nicely decorated, stocked with cooking utensils, etc. we highly recommend this property.

Great vacation for my entire family. We had 7 adults and 6 grandkids. Plenty of rooms for all and bedrooms were good size. Bathrooms were updated. Kitchen hasn't been updated and is a bit tight depending on how many are in kitchen at one time. Also pantry door or fridge door if open block access to kitchen. We have been doing this annual family get together for almost 40 years. We will definitely try to book this property again next year.

The rental team at SPI did a great job finding us a replacement facility just days before our scheduled property experienced maintenance issue. Don't know exactly what happened to booked property but SPI went over and above to make sure we were treated right. Thanks SPI Team and we look forward to our next visit.
