Wristbands are required for all guests during Spring Break/Holy Week and are $25 + tax, per person.

Let 200 W. Cora Lee be your own private oasis! This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom private home comfortably sleeps 14 guests. The second level of the home entails the living room, kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with beautiful stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with pots, pans and cookware needed to make delicious home cooked meals! The living room is equipped with a comfortable sectional sofa overlooking the open concept dining area and large flat screen Smart TV. Just off the living room is a 2nd floor South facing balcony where you and your guests can enjoy morning coffee, or just soak up the sun while enjoying the ocean breeze!

Also located on the 2nd floor are the 1st and 2nd guest bedrooms. The first queen bedroom is equipped with a Queen size bed and has access to a shared bathroom. The second queen bedroom is equipped with a Queen size bed and twin bunk bed. This room also has access to a shared bathroom.
The shared bathroom has a combination bathtub and shower, as well as a large vanity sink. Upstairs on the 3rd level of the home is the Master bedroom. The master entails a Queen size bed, attached bathroom and has access to a private east facing balcony. The attached bathroom features a walk-in shower and large vanity area, as well as a large walk-in closet. Back on the ground floor, you will find the 4th guest bedroom which includes a media space with a large flat screen Smart TV and ping pong table. The room is equipped with two sets of full over full size bunk beds that can accommodate 8 guests total. The room also has a washer and dryer and is just next to a full shared bathroom with shower.

Take a short 5-minute walk to the beach and spend the day playing in the waves, building sand castles and soaking up the warm Texas sun! Or cool off in your very own private sparkling pool!

Each reservation is provided with a STARTER KIT of essentials ONLY (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soap, shampoo/conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee & filters, olive oil, and salt & pepper). Depending on the number of guests in your party and/or the length of your stay, these may not last for the duration of your reservation and you may need to purchase additional items on your own. Please also note that the following items are not universally provided or guaranteed to be in the home, and therefore, we recommend that you bring these items if required to make your stay more enjoyable: condiments and spices, cleaning wipes, bottled water, hair dryer, ice & cooler, beach towels, beach chairs, toys, floats, sun lotion/sun block, extra blankets and pillows, pack-n-play, high chair, stroller, baby gates, and/or first aid kit.
