Ultra modern oceanfront home! 5106 is a sleek oceanfront house featuring 5 bedrooms, 5 1/2 bathrooms and accommodates up to 16 guests. Step through the doorway into a pristine, fully stocked kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances and a large center island. The open concept floor plan allows you and your guests to flow through the kitchen, dining area, and living room, making it a perfect house for entertaining family and friends. The living room features a large flat screen TV and opens up to the pool area.
The ground floor features one guest bedroom equipped with a King size bed and private bathroom. Three other guest rooms featuring King, Queen & Full-size beds, as well as their own private bathrooms, are located on the second floor, along with the Master Suite and additional sleep space featuring a Twin size bunk bed, ideal for kids or teenagers. The Master Suite entails a King size bed, flat screen TV, private oceanfront balcony and private Master bath. The bathroom has an incredible soaking tub, walk-in shower, large vanity with double sinks and well-lit vanity mirror.
Sit back and relax in the hot tub, swim laps in the private pool, or spend the day on the beach using your own private boardwalk! Hang out next door at Wanna Wanna Beach Bar & Grill or at one of the many restaurants, shops or entertainment venues South Padre Island has to offer!
Every stay at 5106A Gulf Blvd includes a complimentary starter kit stocked with essential vacation items such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee and filters, olive oil, and basic seasonings. For your comfort, we recommend bringing a few personal favorites such as beach towels, sunscreen, extra blankets, bottled water, or baby items. This was our 3rd annual friends trip to Padre and 3rd time renting from SPI Rentals. This home was in a great location, and we had 3 couples, 2 with kids. This setup allowed everyone their own room and bathroom, which is perfect. Being right on the beach is super easy to spend time at the beach and we loved the huge sofa in the living room when the weather wasn't amazing one day. The only downfall is the photos show a Green Egg grill, but there is no grill on the property. We loved it, and will be back next year in one of your rentals!

Home was beautiful and very spacious. We had plenty of room for our big family. Very convenient to have a restroom in every bedroom. The direct access to the beach was the best part for me! Watched a few beautiful sunrises right out our back gate.

Feedback for the VRBO:
Bedroom in front of the house upstairs; bedroom frame is very noisy, so loud that each would wake each other up through out the night just by rolling over.
The beds fitted sheet doesn't fit the bed. Constantly having to put the sheet back on
The ceiling fan in the same room squeaks constantly. Due to being unbalanced.
Dryer took forever to dry anything. Believe the vent for the dryer needs maintenance done.
Cookware was inadequate for cooking for large groups. Reminds me of hand-me-down cookware. Really cheesy.
Dishwasher was broke the whole week. I find it hard to believe that it couldn't have been fixed.
Bottom line the refrigerator needs replaced.
The back door slider needs replaced. Not much of a ocean view with a window that is obscured due to a seal being broke.
Uneven pool patio tiles are very unsafe. I had one incident of tripping on one of them.
Great place just needs some good tlc....
