Aquarius Penthouse #2, Dahktari

Penthouse Dahktari is a true beach front high-rise (10th floor) condominium with 3 bedrooms plus a kids sleeping loft and 3 bathrooms. You'll enjoy views of the beach, the jetties, the bridge, the bay, the channel and the Friday evening fireworks (during the summer months).
The condo complex is within 50 yards of the beach, and boasts one of the largest heated pools on the island. A large grassy area is available for those wishing to take in a game of croquet, soccer or volleyball. The penthouse floor has only 3 condos and the complex offers 24 hour security. The Aquarius Condominium is located towards the southern end of the island and most local shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance.
Designed with an assortment of unique architectural elements, the penthouse is in a class by itself. A number of antique doors, 15 foot ceilings, chandeliers, plant ledges, special lighting, marble floors, granite countertops and an open loft are just a few of the unique elements incorporated in the design.
Totaling 1800 square feet, the floor plan is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath plus a kids sleeping loft. The space can accommodate up to 12 people.
