In the guest bedroom which is ideal for families or groups, is equipped with two twin-over-queen bunk beds, comfortably sleeping up to six guests. The next guest bedroom, designed with kids/ teenagers in mind, offers four twin XL bunk beds, providing cozy sleeping arrangements for all to enjoy. It also has a desk & chair in case they need a place to write/ draw. Enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen, updated bathrooms, and stylish furnishings throughout the condo. The open-concept living area is perfect for gathering with family and friends. It has a faux fireplace for ambience, complete with a flat-screen TV and ample seating. Take advantage of the nearby beach access and soak up the sun, swim in the ocean, or engage in exciting water sports. Whether you're seeking a relaxing beach getaway or an action-packed vacation, this condo is the perfect home base for your South Padre Island adventure.
