Perfect for our stay in Utrecht

Great location. Small but well thought out studio. Great period features. Attention to detail was second to none like extra toiletries, towels, plates, cups etc. Excellent window dressing which gave you privacy and light to the apartment. The communication was excellent, having a lovely chat to the host after checking in. I wasn’t expecting it to be as quiet as it was an added bonus. Nice shower. Actually a perfect place for us to stay.

Great accommodation, perfect for a weekend city trip.

Very close to the centre. Everything necessary (like supermarkets, restaurants, bus stop) only a few minutes away. Yet relatively quiet. I liked the fridge that was available.

Great apartment !

Excellent location for the Uni, old town, shops and railway station. The studio flat has everything you need including table and chairs, coffee maker, fridge and there was a lovely welcome basket of fruit and yogurt. The bed is large and comfortable. The flat is warm and light and spotlessly clean. The owner is helpful and accessible . Check in and out was straightforward. We will definitely book again when we return.

There were no problems or concerns. We liked everything about this accommodation.

Lovely apartment in great area of Utrecht

Everything was great! The apartment Is lovely and cozy - the attention to detail was exceptional - and very well located in centraal Utrecht. I highly recommend a visit to Utrecht btw, great city close to Amsterdam, The Hague etc. All of the details are well taken care of and the place really has nice character (not just some generic white apart-hotel). Leon was a great host and very hospitable to my asking to drop off luggage early etc. had a great time and would return again in a heartbeat

El estudio es demasiado pequeño y a simple vista es viejo tiene armarios de madera lo cual produce demasiadas cucarachas las personas de arriban caminan súper fuerte.por otro lado los encargados no dejan nada para limpiar y cuando termina tu estadía quieren pedirte dinero

La proximité avec l’appartement de notre fils/frere La dimension et l’aménagement du logement La propreté La disponibilité et la réactivité des propriétaires (francophiles) Le calme et le charme de la rue Les petites surprises d’accueil Les équipements (attention : pas de possibilité de faire la cuisine… une bonne raison pour profiter des nombreux restos du quartier)

Trotz Krankheit ein paar schöne Tage

Das alte Gebäude, die Gemütlichkeit, die Straße war belebt aber nachts sehr ruhig.

Man hat kaum Platz die Koffer unterzubringen und ganz wenig Stauraum. In der Toilette wäre ein Handtuchhalter neben dem kleinen Waschbecken sehr vorteihaft.

Alojamiento perfecto en Utrecht

Habitación con baño y, aunque no tiene cocina, dispone de cafetera, tetera, nevera... Mejor que una habitación de hotel. Tiene detalles y es muy cómoda. Leon es un anfitrión muy atento y dispuesto a ayudar en todo. Ubicación perfecta. El barrio es estupendo y en 10' andando estás en el centro, además de contar con buses en todas las direcciones.
